ProKinetics® UltraThin™ Insoles can be fitted with firm arch supports at any time, even after they have been used. Just clean the bottom of the insoles with alcohol and attach the arch supports as instructed using the included adhesive. If you have visible arches when standing, we generally do not recommend arch supports unless you are suffering from chronic Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain). For Plantar Fasciitis, we recommend using arch supports temporarily until the pain has been completely gone for 7-10 days after which the arches can be removed.
