Instructions as supplied with each pair of Posture Control Insoles(TM).

Take your time when sizing and trimming the insoles. It is very important that they don't move around in your shoes. The wedge must stay in place underneath the first metatarsal and big toe. Trimming and fitting mistakes are not covered by the guarantee.

Do not fit your Posture Control Insoles(TM) in:

Shoes that are worn out.
Shoes that are too small - leave a thumb's width in front of your longest toe.
Shoes that are too wide - if you have a sloppy fit, the insoles won't work.
Shoes that have a tight toe box - nothing is worse than a rub on top of your  toenails.
Shoes that have an extreme curved last - the insoles won't fit correctly.
Shoes with special shapes - NO toe grips, metatarsal (across the foot) or lateral (outside of foot) support or heel wedges. A small amount of arch support, and heel lifts are OK.

Arch supports are recommended if you have flat feet. (See Frequently Asked Questions)

Break-In instructions:

These are generic (3.5mm or 6mm) Posture Control Insoles(TM). 3.5mm or 6mm refers to the height of the wedge on the medial side. Because the insoles re-posture your body and cause you to use your muscles differently, you may experience muscle soreness. This may range from slight soreness on top of your feet to noticeable changes in your calf muscles, knees, hips, lower and upper back. This soreness should be temporary, but if it persists, remove the insoles for a day or two, and then start wearing them a few hours each day until you are wearing them all day.

IMPORTANT: Become accustomed to wearing the insoles in your work and walking shoes before you start running and playing sports in them. The small wedge looks insignificant, but the impact is considerable!

Prolonged Discomfort: If you experience prolonged or objectionable discomfort wearing the insoles, discontinue wearing and contact us at info@back2feet.net. Within a week of wearing full time, Posture Control Insoles(TM) should become unnoticeable in your shoes.

Warranty: If these insoles are used for intense sports activity such as court sports or long distance running, expect to replace them sooner than 6 months (not covered by warranty). Trimming and fitting mistakes are not covered by the guarantee. Based on normal use, these insoles are guaranteed to last a minimum of 6 months. In case of material failure, return to Back 2 Feet Ltd. for replacement. Original proof of purchase required.
